About The Position
FlatironDragados is seeking a Laborer to perform a variety of tasks requiring physical labor on construction sites. This role involves cleaning and preparing sites, loading/unloading materials, building temporary structures, and digging/backfilling trenches. The position also requires maintaining knowledge of the company's values and strategic plan, and performing additional assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of tasks requiring physical labor on construction sites.
- Cleans and prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
- Loads or unloads building materials to be used in construction.
- Builds or takes part bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
- Digs trenches, backfills holes, or compacts earth to prepare construction.
- Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
- Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
