About The Position
The Laborer assists with the general operation of the location, supporting all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with company policy. The role includes cross-training in Agri-Service areas to develop skills and provide additional support. A Class A CDL is required or the employee must be willing to obtain one.
Requirements
- Strength and agility to maneuver products or equipment weighing 50–100 pounds.
- Class A CDL or willingness to obtain one.
- Availability to work overtime, including weekends as needed.
- Basic technical skills or willingness to develop them.
- High school diploma or GED is helpful.
