Laborer (Night Shift)

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Able to work in an outdoor environment on a constant basis.
- Able to work in variable weather conditions, exposed to temperatures, chemicals, dust, fumes, smells, and loud noises.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of relevant labor experience is preferred.
- Experience operating equipment is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform general construction activities such as shoveling, lifting, and pulling.
- Perform traffic control, including guiding vehicles and equipment, and placing signs and cones for direction.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, employees, and management using handheld radios and CBs.
- Perform site clean-up.
- Clean up vehicles and equipment.
- Drive employees to their work stations.
- Fuel vehicles and equipment.
- Set up and secure wind fences and landfill coverings.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
