About The Position

As a seasonal Laborer at Belle Tire, you help keep the tire recycling process moving by loading and unloading scrap tires and supporting related warehouse and recycling tasks. The role is suited to someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality, and may offer a starting point for a career at Belle Tire. The position is based in a manufacturing/tire recycling center. Hours vary Monday through Saturday, with potential overtime. Work involves physical demands, including extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and working with equipment and materials. Compensation is $16 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.

Responsibilities

Load scrap van trailers with commercial blowouts and OTR scrap.
Cart high-tread tires to the air checker or used tires to the dock for delivery.
Assist with loading used tires purchased for delivery to customers.
Bag and palletize rubber mulch.
De-bead and de-rim truck tires.
Remove rims from passenger tires using a tire machine.
Operate tire recycling equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
