About The Position

Performs skilled labor tasks to support construction work sites. The role involves operating vehicles, power tools, equipment, and pumps; handling and organizing tools and materials; maintaining work areas; and following safety procedures. The work requires traversing uneven terrain, using construction tools, digging and grading, removing concrete, and climbing vertical ladders up to 25–30 feet. The position typically involves some industrial construction experience and the ability to use equipment safely with little supervision.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
Ability to safely traverse uneven terrain with or without tools and building materials.
Ability to use hand tools dexterously.
Ability to understand and safely use different types of power and manual construction tools.
Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment.
Ability to climb vertical ladders in sections up to 25–30 feet above or below ground elevation.
Experience using equipment safely with little supervision.
Adherence to safety procedures.

Clean work areas, parking lots, and offices.
Climb vertical ladders in sections up to 25–30 feet above or below ground elevation.
Stock drinking water containers for construction site personnel.
Clean and maintain the work site and related areas, including parking lots and offices.
Adhere to all safety procedures.
