Requirements

Willingness to learn other fabrication equipment such as Saw Cutting, CNC drilling, Press Brake.
Ability to work extended hours to meet job requirements.
Ability to follow instruction and produce consistent work that meets customer expectations.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is an entry level position, but some experience in a steel fabrication shop is preferred.

Flexible and adapt to new challenges and roles
Safety Sensitive Position requiring work in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee and Team Members without proper safety precautions.
May require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances.
May entail work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis.
Team Members will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies due to these safety risks.
