About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Laborer (Painter Helper) to join our Facilities & Pipeline division in Pleasant View, Utah. In this role, you'll support our industrial painting and coating team by preparing work areas and fabricated steel products, including storage tanks, structural steel, and piping. You'll also help set up equipment, maintain tools, and apply coatings under supervision. This is a developmental position designed to help you build the skills to advance into an Industrial Painter role. Requirements

  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work safely around coatings, solvents, dust, and fumes, and to properly wear required PPE. This includes meeting the medical-evaluation, fit-testing, and facial-hair requirements for respirator use.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts, and work in confined spaces such as tank interiors when trained and authorized.
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when production schedules require it.
  • Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, positive, and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial painting, sandblasting, or coating experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
