About The Position
The Laborer supports a Mason Journeyman with brick, block, and/or stone work on custom projects. The role is expected to complete work safely, to quality standards, and within productivity specifications as directed by the foreman or superintendent. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for laying brick, block, or stone.
- Prepare and mix mortar in appropriate amounts for brick, block, and stone work.
- Clean, organize, and maintain tools and equipment on job sites.
- Stock materials for masons.
- Participate in daily huddles and prioritize safety on all job sites.
