Laborer - Facilities Maintenance
About The Position
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service. The position involves various maintenance tasks including gardening, cleaning, changing light bulbs, painting, and snow removal. The employee must adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures, respond to maintenance calls during their shift, and be knowledgeable of all promotions and events. Other duties as assigned may also be part of the role. The work environment can include bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations. Physically, the role requires mobility with reasonable accommodations, the ability to respond to visual and aural cues, read, write, speak, and understand English, operate in mentally and physically stressful situations, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

- Changing of light bulbs.
- Painting throughout the facility.
- Snow removal.
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Respond to maintenance calls during the shift.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
