About The Position

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, is seeking motivated individuals to join their dynamic team as Facilities Maintenance Laborers. This role offers the opportunity to launch a career in facilities maintenance with a company that values hard work and dedication. New hires will receive a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus. The company provides hands-on experience with power tools, equipment operation, and safety practices, along with opportunities for career growth and skill development. APAC-Central, Inc. produces and provides crushed aggregate materials, sand, ready-mix concrete, asphalt, and performs as a regional heavy highway/infrastructure construction firm serving Arkansas, Oklahoma, and southern Missouri.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Minimum age: At least 18 years old.
  • Climbing, lifting (up to 70 lbs), carrying, bending, pushing/pulling, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and twisting.
  • Work in environments where attention and responsibility are key to keeping everyone safe.
  • Professional attitude: Display courtesy and respect toward coworkers, supervisors, and the public.
  • Dependability: Arrive on time, prepared for each shift.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, overtime, and travel to various worksites as needed.
  • Tackle tasks in all kinds of weather—hot, cold, rainy, or shine.

Responsibilities

  • Mow, weed eat, and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces.
  • Spray, clean, and remove trash or debris to keep facilities safe and inviting.
  • Operate power tools and machinery.
  • Champion safety by following OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Work as part of a reliable, friendly team.
  • Step up for additional duties assigned, helping to continually improve spaces.
