About The Position

This role is responsible for various maintenance tasks within the facility, including gardening, cleaning, changing light bulbs, painting, and snow removal. The position requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, responding to maintenance calls, and possessing knowledge of promotions and events. The job also includes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Gardening and cleaning where appropriate
• Changing of light bulbs
• Painting throughout the facility
• Snow removal
• Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Respond to maintenance calls during the shift
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.
