Requirements

  • Ability to work safely in active construction environments and varying weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial construction, carpentry, laborer, or related trade experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with construction, installation, repair, demolition, and temporary structures.
  • Load, unload, move, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Support concrete, formwork, framing, excavation, site logistics, and general construction activities.
  • Read and follow plans, drawings, and field direction as applicable.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and craft professionals.
  • Follow all company, project, and safety requirements.
