About The Position

The role involves the analysis of oils, soybeans, soymeal, ricebran, and by-products from several processing areas, final shipments, and monitoring of packaged goods. This includes the interpretation and communication of results to the proper departments and providing special assistances for continual process and products improvements. The incumbent is responsible for providing accurate and timely analysis of samples in a safe, sanitary, and cost-effective manner.

Requirements

• Good computer skills, Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Possess good communication skills
• Excellent at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Able to prioritize workflow

Responsibilities

• Analyze oils, soybeans, soymeal, ricebran, and by-products from several processing areas, final shipments, and monitoring of packaged goods.
• Interpret and communicate results to the proper departments.
• Provide special assistance for continual process and product improvements.
• Provide accurate and timely analysis of samples in a safe, sanitary, and cost-effective manner.
• Be able to read and write.
• Be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
