About The Position

Eurofins PSS works with leading international companies in the pharma, medical device, food, cosmetic & consumer products industries, providing mission-critical testing. As a Laboratory Support Technician, you will work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing laboratory environment. You will support raw material evaluations and investigation studies through hands-on laboratory tasks, prepare buffers, media, and other laboratory solutions, and perform general lab support activities such as BSC cleaning and bioreactor assembly. Accurate and timely completion and review of laboratory documentation and logbook entries are essential, as is entering data into quality and compliance systems to support regulatory standards. You will partner with stakeholders and managers to prioritize and coordinate laboratory support needs and adhere to all GMP and regulatory requirements, helping to maintain inspection readiness at all times. This role offers opportunities to further develop hands-on lab experience with training and support, gain exposure to regulated biotech/pharma environments, and collaborate with scientists, operations, and quality teams, building a strong foundation in GMP, documentation, and data integrity.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma - Associate's Degree preferred
  • Must have laboratory operations experience
  • Availability to work full time, first shift, on a long-term basis
  • Strong Computer and Organizational skills
  • cGMP experience is desirable.
  • Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Can balance multiple assignments and perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Can develop and drive scientific and/or business-related improvement ideas
