Laboratory Support Specialist - PRN
About The Position
The Laboratory Support Specialist works in a highly technical, fast-paced healthcare environment and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to support patient care. The role collects, processes, and distributes specimens submitted for testing. This position is listed as PRN and follows a 7-days-on/7-days-off day shift schedule, with hours from 2:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The position is at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, a 294-bed acute-care hospital serving North Texas. The hospital provides services including Level III Trauma, NICU, and Maternal Care. It has more than 1,700 team members and 900 physicians.
