Laboratory Supervisor (Belv & RCC)
About The Position
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Mon-Fri 8am-430pm, additional days as needed rotating between Belvidere Hospital and Carbone Cancer Center. You will work at UW Health Belvidere Hospital (Belvidere IL) and Carbone Cancer Center (Rockford IL). Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, Overtime, On-call pay. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college/university and successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Science program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- 4 years experience as a medical laboratory scientist/medical technologist in a full service laboratory.
- MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) Certification required. Certification must be maintained by submitting appropriate continuing education documentation as required by the certifying agency.
