About The Position

Provide quality, youth-centered care that facilitates a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults aged who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field required
  • Proven experience working with diverse populations of children and families
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Flexible availability
  • Ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as scheduled
  • Schedule includes weekday shifts, rotating weekends, and every other Friday and Saturday
