About The Position

Performs a variety of routine and advanced laboratory tests and procedures used in diagnosis. Serves as a clinical resource for trainees, medical laboratory technicians, and postgraduate physicians.

Requirements

• Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
• MLT (ASCP) certification or equivalent (AMT) must be completed within six months of employment.
• Proficiency in all areas of the laboratory.
• No previous experience is required. With training and on-the-job experience, the incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of the job within three months of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Science.
• MLS (ASCP) certification or equivalent (AMT).
