In this role, you will manage special projects, ensure data integrity, and oversee the integration and maintenance of vital laboratory systems and supporting databases. As a key communicator, you will translate intricate statistical concepts into clear financial reviews, market performance reports, and pricing studies for management and sales teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related healthcare/STEM field.
  • 1 to 2 years of clinical laboratory experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage special projects.

  • Analyze and report statistical, financial, and clinical data to support laboratory operations, leadership, and the reference lab sales team.
  • Track trends, evaluate financial and market performance, and set pricing structures.
  • Develop reports and data requests supporting broader laboratory operations and leadership.
  • Perform granular analysis of orders and revenue from reference laboratory clients.
  • Design executive dashboards that break down information to market-level insights.
  • Analyze comprehensive quality metrics, turnaround times, operational indicators, and enterprise pathology reporting.
  • Present findings clearly to management and sales teams.
  • Maintain data confidentiality.
