Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Requirements
- At minimum High School graduate or GED equivalate
- Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, automated analyzers, and audible alarms
Nice To Haves
- Previous medical or laboratory experience in a high volume laboratory
Responsibilities
- Perform a vital part of the patient care process
- Perform daily scanning of slides
- Triage slides and records to other facilities
- Perform other miscellaneous laboratory duties as needed
- Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
