Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Requirements

  • At minimum High School graduate or GED equivalate
  • Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, automated analyzers, and audible alarms

Nice To Haves

  • Previous medical or laboratory experience in a high volume laboratory

Responsibilities

  • Perform a vital part of the patient care process
  • Perform daily scanning of slides
  • Triage slides and records to other facilities
  • Perform other miscellaneous laboratory duties as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
