About The Position

Work includes maintaining a safe and orderly area, using tools, and handling materials in kilns, forms, and trucks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Time-management skills and an understanding of the urgency of manufacturing.
• Ability to work with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Exposure to high levels of concrete dust.
• Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.

Responsibilities

• Follow company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks.
• Work with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
