About The Position

The Labor role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining a safe and organized work area, using hand and power tools, and assisting with materials and production tasks. Work may include working in kilns, setting up forms, and loading or unloading finished materials on trucks. The role requires exposure to high levels of concrete dust and regular use of protective attire, including hard hats and steel-toe boots. Employees are expected to understand manufacturing urgency and work with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in environments exposed to high levels of concrete dust.
• Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.
• Time management skills and understanding of the urgency of manufacturing.
• Ability to work with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks.
• Work with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
