About The Position

CMC is hiring for a labor role supporting manufacturing operations. The position involves maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area; using hand and power tools; working in kilns; setting up forms; and loading or unloading finished materials on trucks. Employees are expected to follow company safety policies, wear personal protective equipment, and work with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals. The role involves exposure to high levels of concrete dust and requires time management and an understanding of the urgency of manufacturing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Time management skills and an understanding of the urgency of manufacturing.
• Ability to work with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Ability to work in environments with high levels of concrete dust.
• Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks.
• Work with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
