Provides technical assistance to management staff. Prepares agency position papers, maintains, and analyzes data, presents agencys case to Central Management Services (CMS) Labor Relations liaison, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) representatives, Office of Executive Inspector General (OEIG), and others. Prepare for and participate in Labor/Management meetings and collective bargaining. Establish and maintain working relationships to include Union representatives, IDVA supervisory staff, and other appropriate internal and external entities. Perform other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
