About The Position

Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience leading crews working on highway and bridge projects.
- Experience with earthwork, drainage, and concrete work.
- Proven leaders with seasoned technical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven dedication to Safety.
- OSHA certification.
- Deep knowledge and appreciation of safety processes.
- Ability and confidence to enforce job-site safety expectations.
