About The Position

A national defense platform is expanding its California labor and employment practice and seeks an experienced L&E partner to join on a remote or hybrid basis from the San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Torrance area. This is a growth opportunity for a senior attorney seeking flexibility, autonomy, and long-term growth, with national platform support and established infrastructure and client base. The role offers room to build and grow a California practice. Portable client relationships are a plus but are not required. All inquiries are confidential.

Requirements

• Partner-level labor and employment defense experience representing employers in Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FEHA, wage-and-hour, and related employment matters.
• California Bar license in good standing.
• Comfort with a remote or hybrid work arrangement.
