About The Position

Wilson Elser is seeking an Employment & Labor Associate to join its San Diego office and represent sophisticated clients facing complex legal challenges. The attorney will handle a broad range of employment and labor matters in a collaborative team environment, with opportunities to work alongside other attorneys and partners. The role is full-time and offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

The position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 and eligibility for discretionary bonuses. Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the State of California.
• At least 2 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative matters, as well as discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end.
• Represent clients in a wide range of employment and labor claims.
• Work closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects.
• Handle court appearances and depositions regularly.
