About The Position

Cole, Scott & Kissane is seeking a labor and employment attorney to handle employment-related claims and provide legal counsel to clients. The role includes litigation work such as taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and attending hearings, mediations, and trials. The attorney will also conduct legal research and analyze case law, prepare pleadings and correspondence, and communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience is preferred, preferably in labor and employment law.

Responsibilities
