Requirements

3rd – 5th year Associate experience.
Solid academic performance in law school.
Strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
Good standing with the CA State Bar.
Experience representing employers on both a class and individual basis with respect to wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements, along with other labor and employment issues.

Responsibilities

Representing employers on both a class and individual basis with respect to wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements, along with other labor and employment issues.
Providing national and international corporations with strategic legal advice on all matters concerning the employment relationship.
Handling complex, bet-the-company cases.
Structuring corporate transactions aimed at maximizing managerial flexibility and labor efficiency.
Negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
Trying labor arbitrations throughout the country.
Assisting employers to lead and manage in ways that best fit their cultures.
