About The Position

These are management-side labor & employment attorney roles focused on employment litigation, counseling, wage & hour defense, PAGA litigation, workplace compliance, and employer advisory work. We are working with multiple law firms seeking Labor & Employment Attorneys across California, Colorado, and Nebraska. These opportunities range from associate-level litigation and counseling positions to senior attorneys handling sophisticated PAGA, class action, and employer defense matters. Practices include litigation, compliance counseling, wage & hour defense, workplace investigations, and employer advisory services.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorneys (JD required)
  • Active bar admission required in applicable jurisdiction
  • Substantive labor & employment experience or strong litigation foundations
  • Experience with employment litigation, counseling, motion practice, or discovery
  • Comfortable advising employers and handling employment disputes
  • Management-side labor & employment experience
  • Experience with FEHA, Title VII, wage & hour disputes, and PAGA class actions
  • Experience with wrongful termination, discrimination, compliance counseling, policy drafting, and administrative proceedings
  • Experience with litigation involving ERISA, disability, life, health, long-term care, fraud, and employer-plan benefit disputes
  • Experience with PAGA litigation, wage & hour audits, compliance counseling, and employment defense strategy
  • Experience with discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour, and wrongful termination matters
