About The Position

This is a Travel L&D RN assignment at an acute care hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. The RN will provide care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal patients. This includes care for high-risk deliveries, C-sections, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal monitoring, neonatal resuscitation, magnesium sulfate therapy, epidural recovery, and postpartum care. The facility allows for 4x12s upon request. The traveler may also float to postpartum.

Requirements

• Strong labor experience
• Strong postpartum experience
• RN license

Responsibilities

• Provide care for labor patients
• Provide care for delivery patients
• Provide care for postpartum patients
• Provide care for neonatal patients
• Manage high-risk deliveries
• Assist with C-sections
• Manage postpartum hemorrhage
• Perform fetal monitoring
• Perform neonatal resuscitation
• Administer magnesium sulfate therapy
• Manage epidural recovery
• Provide postpartum care
• Float to postpartum as needed
