M Minimum Qualifications 1–2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ASN required, BSN or MSN preferred Current Maryland RN license or compact state equivalent BLS certification (American Heart Association); additional life support certifications as required by unit Position Highlights Practice with a high level of autonomy while supported by a collaborative care team Gain experience in high-risk deliveries and surgical OB care Work in a dynamic unit with advanced resources, including a Level III NICU Be part of a mission-driven, patient-centered organization that invests in your growth
