About The Position
Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Labeling Coordinator” based out of Branchburg, NJ . Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $28/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K We are seeking a detail -oriented Labeling Coordinator with experience in the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry and knowledge of FDA -regulated environments. This role is responsible for developing and updating product labeling while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field.
- Graphic design experience
- Knowledge of FDA labeling requirements and regulatory processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with label creation software such as EasyLabel or BarTender.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Create, format, and update product labels, IFUs (Instructions for Use), cartons, and other labeling components.
- Ensure all labeling designs comply with FDA regulations, corporate standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform detailed reviews and quality checks of labeling materials prior to approval and submission.
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Product Management.
- Populate approved templates with accurate data to maintain consistency across labeling materials.
- Manage labeling workflows, reviews, and approvals using internal systems while ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
