Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience with operating CNC mills, lathes and plasma tables or experience with lab testing and procedures.

Nice To Haves

3 years working in manufacturing environment
2 years engineering, technical or machine tool degree

Responsibilities

Maintaining a safe working environment and good housekeeping of the lab.
Safe operation and maintenance of lab equipment.
Use of all lab equipment and tools such as CNC milling and lathe machines, EDM, CNC plasma table, tensile machines, vertical and horizontal band saw, hydraulic presses, broaches, grinders and various amounts of precision measuring and hand tools.
Complete forklift and crane certifications.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
