About The Position

As a Chemical Quality Control laboratory Technician I, you will be performing basic Laboratory test and assisting the team with day to day activities.

Requirements

• 2 years college or equivalent - AS or BA or Chemical Technology Certificate
• Experience with chemicals in an industrial setting
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and has knowledge of lab protocols.
• Follow basic EPA, cGMP, and safety standards.
• Strong wet chemistry
• Ability to prioritize
• Working with over 1,000 formulas
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented to organize record keeping and data requirements
• Computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Titrations, Viscosity, pH, and analytical background preferred
• Chemical experience
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Surfactants, detergents, soaps experience

Responsibilities

• Perform basic laboratory tests.
• Assist the team with day-to-day activities.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of QC product retains.
• Organize record keeping and data requirements.
