Requirements

• BS degree or above.
• Fluent English with strong communication and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and effectively manage ambiguity.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely across diverse teams and organizations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Keynote, PPT, and other productivity software.
• Specialized lab experience in materials science, chemistry, electronics, semiconductors, or the battery industry.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong creative and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary engineering environment, with a proven ability to multitask and manage urgent, real-time challenges.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with large-scale data analysis, coding, or machine learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate global CT log files, analyzing data and tracking issues to drive weekly vendor meetings.
• Oversee sample logistics and coordinate cross-lab transfers (FA, reliability, PSQ, etc.) to ensure project timelines are met.
• Manage lab equipment across multiple sites, handling PR/PO, setup, and lifecycle maintenance (preventative maintenance, repair, calibration, and end-of-life processes), to guarantee high traceability and uptime for Apple assets.
• Facilitate clear communication and cross-functional collaboration among internal engineering teams, partners, and external vendors.
