Requirements
- A master's degree and one year of relevant experience are required.
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the US on a full time basis.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily operation and maintenance of ceramics and sculpture laboratories.
- Manage the glaze room, throwing and hand-building studios, kiln areas, 3D design and sculpture classroom, woodshop, welding areas, and foundry.
- Maintain studio equipment, tools, and materials to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Support faculty and students with technical guidance and laboratory resources.
- Monitor and enforce laboratory safety procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate kiln operations, glazing processes, and sculpture studio workflows.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and studio materials.
- Foster a collaborative, organized, and positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students to support instructional needs.
- Utilize expertise in both ceramics and sculpture processes to support academic programs.
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
