About The Position
The department of Technology Systems is currently seeking a Lab Assistant to assist Dr. Alam with three DESN courses. This is an hourly student employment position with a total work time of 10 hours per week. The Lab Assistant must be able to attend all classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Requirements
- Student/Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- At least an Intermediate level of expertise in REVIT is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Getting the classroom ready for lessons
- Supervising group activities
- Working with the lead teacher to monitor class schedules
- Teaching small groups who need additional help or guidance
- Attending training classes, conferences, or faculty meetings (approximately 2 hours per week)
