Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy certification required; as a condition of employment, application for MA-Phlebotomist Certification must be submitted to DOH within 90 days of hire.
- BLS Certification required
- Washington State AIDS Education curriculum required
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience preferred
- 1-3 years of EPIC lab experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy procedures.
- Assist laboratory professionals.
- Maintain knowledge base, certifications, and licenses.
- Meet Hospital-mandated education requirements.
