About The Position

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Madison, WI is hiring a Lab Assistant - Cell Line Development. The Cell Line Development team is responsible for using the patented GPEx® suite of technologies to create high performance stable cell lines using a non-replicative retrovector system and transfection technologies. This system can be used with any mammalian cell line and many eukarytic cell lines. Working for Catalent Biologics is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team. Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED / Associate’s Degree / Certificate/Diploma in laboratory science

Nice To Haves

• Aseptic technique experience
• General lab experience and practical experience of sterile technique desirable
• General laboratory equipment experience

Responsibilities

• Equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Lab material ordering and stocking
• General lab cleaning
• 5S organization
• Solution preparation
• Autoclaving and disposal of biological waste
• Other duties as assigned
