About The Position

The L2 Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting server issues, coordinating hardware component procurement and replacement, performing firmware upgrades, and providing hands-on support for various operational requests. This role requires the ability to rack, stack, and cable devices, validate connectivity post-installation, and conduct physical audits for inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2–5 Years Experience

  • Perform firmware upgrades

  • Optics replacement (server & switch ports)
  • Hardware upgrades
  • Rack, stack, and cable devices
  • Provide hands-on support for ad hoc operational requests
  • Validate connectivity and operational readiness post-installation
  • Conduct physical audits for inventory accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical audits for inventory accuracy
