Under the supervision of the School Impact Manager, the L.E.A.P. Program Coordinator supports the logistics and implementation of the Blumenthal L.E.A.P. program including: managing related daily program operations, materials and supplies, generating necessary classroom curriculum, substitute teaching and supporting all education department efforts as a collaborative team member. L.E.A.P. is an in-school residency program that serves local Title I schools. The L.E.A.P. Program Coordinator is a part-time, contract position and is not eligible for benefits. It requires onsite work at the program’s schools served twice weekly four hours per day. Therefore, candidates must have weekday, daytime availability. The estimated scope of work is 10 hours per week for 25 weeks (September to March following the CMS calendar). The pay rate is $25/hr. Hours will be submitted monthly to be paid out the first week of the following month.
