Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Valid permanent driver's license (CNH B)
- Knowledge of Power BI and Office Suite
- Previous leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure standardization and adherence to yard routines, vehicle organization, maintenance scheduling, and inventory monitoring.
- Monitor operational indicators and develop action plans to achieve the area's operational goals.
- Manage the team of movers, provide feedback, conduct training, and oversee the daily routines of yard movers.
- Be proactive with daily routines and operational processes.
