About The Position

Cantor Fitzgerald is hiring a full-time, permanent Kyriba TMS Specialist for its Finance IT team, based in Warsaw, Poland, or London, United Kingdom. The role administers and develops the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS), supports internal Treasury, Finance and Accounting users at Cantor Fitzgerald and Newmark, and leads the design and roadmap for the firm's Kyriba usage. The specialist also contributes to other Finance IT initiatives and strategic projects as the team's scope requires.

Requirements

• Kyriba certification.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Kyriba clients.
• Proven track record leading Kyriba implementations covering Payments, including new bank connections for payment scenarios, Open Formats Studio, and Payment Factory; Bank Statements and Cash Management; Fraud Detection; Data Exchange/Integrations; Cash Accounting; and Financial Transactions & Financial Accounting.
• Strong understanding of treasury and cash management processes, bank connectivity, payment workflows, the Kyriba project lifecycle, and implementation best practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to resolve production issues under time pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and take ownership.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SWIFT and/or EBICS payments and connectivity.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud (ERP/Financials) and integrating it with Kyriba.
• Experience designing agentic flows and applying AI-driven automation to finance and treasury processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer Kyriba, including user management, security and entitlements, workflows, configuration, and ongoing system health.
• Provide Level 1 production support to internal Treasury, Finance, and Accounting users at Cantor Fitzgerald and Newmark, primarily in UK/EMEA and APAC; triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate incidents.
• Implement bank connectivity for payments and bank statements, including onboarding banks, accounts, and payment scenarios.
• Build and maintain ERP and other system integrations using Kyriba Data Exchange.
• Configure and enhance Kyriba modules, including Payments, Bank Statements and Cash Management, Fraud Detection, Data Exchange/Integrations, and Cash Accounting.
• Onboard new entities, user groups, and Treasury, Finance, and Accounting use cases to the platform.
• Lead the design of the firm's Kyriba usage and roadmap; recommend and implement best practices, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Information Security, and bank relationship contacts.
• Contribute to other Finance IT initiatives and strategic projects as the team's scope requires.
