About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a KYC Quality Control Specialist for a hybrid role with a Global Financial Institution. This 12-month contract position involves completing Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and quality controls for new merchant services accounts before onboarding. The role requires performing CIP/CDD activities in line with AML policy and utilizing the internal boarding platform. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.

Requirements

• 2 years of administrative or business support experience
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience and strong working knowledge of the Know your Customer (KYC), AML, BSA, CIP and CDD compliance processes
• Proven experience in quality monitoring and/or assurance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume workloads and adherence to SLAs
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2 years of banking experience
• Underwriting experience

Responsibilities

• Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives
• Complete Know Your Customer reviews prior to account opening
• Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
• Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support
• Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within the Operations functional area
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures
• Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
