About The Position

eBay's Managed Payments Global KYC team is looking for a KYC Business Analyst to help grow the Payments AML/KYC program at eBay and its subsidiaries. The perfect candidate is someone who offers a dynamic set of skills that can design and lead KYC projects. This candidate would be responsible for drafting KYC business requirement documents and working directly with product and engineering to implement technological solutions. The candidate should have the ability to influence decisions and build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders, and communicate effectively to design and implement solutions.

Requirements

2+ years of KYC experience in fin-tech, start-ups, technology, or emerging financial services.
Proven track record in developing detailed requirements and specifications
Collaboration with product and engineering to refine requirements and design
Deep understanding of KYC/CDD/EDD processes and AML standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
SQL and Data Analysis skills

Responsibilities

Lead development of business requirements and technical specifications for KYC projects
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to make projects a reality
Support testing of the solutions and provide UAT support with stakeholders
Drive automation within operations with new technologies such as GenAI
Be aware of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all deliverables
Use data analysis to drive optimal solutions to mitigate AML risks
Document processes and procedures for KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence operations teams in order to meet requirements
Provide governance for KYC and EDD projects by tracking and communicating key deliverables and roadblocks
