About The Position

Perform quality control reviews of KYC Periodic Reviews, CIP data, and customer profiles to ensure regulatory compliance. Review and validate work completed by ACG Analysts, confirming accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Ensure adherence to the KYC Program, internal policies, and Head Office requirements. Maintain and document evidence of searches in KYC systems; escalate potential name matches or negative information to the BSA Officer. Troubleshoot routine and moderately complex KYC/CIP system issues and support resolution efforts.

Requirements

10+ years of KYC end to end onboarding, KYC periodic review and CDD/EDD experience
10+ years of KYC Quality Control experience
Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
Experience conducting compliance reviews, audits, alerts, or case quality checks
Proficiency in compliance systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with a sense of urgency and accountability
Ability to collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams
