About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Korean Transcription Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role involves accurately transcribing audio samples containing both Korean and English content. You will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and proofreading transcriptions to ensure high quality and linguistic accuracy. Additionally, you will annotate audio files with metadata and contextual notes for AI training purposes. Collaboration with project coordinators to understand guidelines and adapt to project specifications is key. You will also be expected to deliver completed assignments on time and contribute feedback to improve workflow processes.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Korean, with advanced comprehension of both spoken and written language.
• Professional experience performing audio transcription, especially in settings where high accuracy is essential.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong commitment to delivering error-free language data.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate guidance, clarify ambiguities, and document findings.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing project requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with industry-standard transcription tools or platforms.
• Prior experience with projects involving AI training, data annotation, or language resource development is a plus.
