About The Position

As a Transcription Operations Associate in the Americas region, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our AI-powered, human-in-the-loop transcription product, a published, client-facing service that consistently achieves 99%+ accuracy and powers the success of clients’ investment and compliance workflows. You will proactively manage the production queue to ensure transcripts meet our quality standards and industry-leading turnaround times, resolve workflow issues promptly, and address queries from our Client Service Teams. You will also oversee operational performance across your region, ensuring we not only meet but exceed KPIs for exceptional service delivery, productivity, and engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic credentials in any field and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
No prior work experience is needed.
Track record of strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.5)
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential

Nice To Haves

Relevant internships and other evidence of interest / experience working in operations in a service or business context are desirable

Responsibilities
