About The Position

The Korean Bilingual Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for reviewing weekly HHP PO SKU lists, monitoring production schedules, coordinating inbound status, and managing inventory depletion processes. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including account teams, GOC, Factory, PKG planning, MPC packaging, and DF teams, to ensure alignment with planning and sales targets. The analyst will also provide weekly updates on supply status, support SCM meetings, manage launch trackers, and assist with AI-related projects. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 0-3 years of experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, supply chain, or related field is preferred
• 0-3 years of experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
• Excellent Attention to Detail
• Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
• Bilingual English/Korean (speak, read, write) preferred
• The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing weekly HHP PO SKU lists after GSCM 2nd MP update and communicating with account teams to confirm and provide feedback to GOC/Factory.
• Monitoring production schedules to coordinate and manage inbound status daily for both FG and bulk shipments, including follow-up communication with the GOC team.
• Working with the PKG planning team to ensure weekly PKG quantity aligns with the weekly PSOP.
• Coordinating with MPC packaging plans and collaborating with Account and DF teams to meet weekly/monthly sell-in targets.
• Managing and tracking monthly Unavailable EOH/Aging depletion processes, consolidating account team depletion plans, and monitoring depletion status through CRN, RB, and Scrap.
• Proactively consuming bulk (SM2/3) EOH prior to aging.
• Reviewing and updating the status of previous week's RTF setbacks and distributing weekly reports with reasons to HQ.
• Providing weekly updates on assigned category supply status and supporting weekly SCM day meeting content.
• Publishing weekly reports, assisting with projects, and performing ad-hoc analyses.
• Supporting New HHP launch Planning Tracker Management.
• Supporting AI related projects.
• Collaborating with the team and providing backup when necessary.
